Basic structure of equipment
1. Castings are made of high-grade low phosphorus and low sulfur cast iron; Secondary artificial aging and natural aging are carried out for the bed, worktable carriage, wire transport carriage and wire rack column, which greatly reduces the deformation coefficient of the machine tool, makes its structure stable, and ensures good accuracy retention of the machine tool.
2. The XY guide rail and wire conveying guide rail of the workbench adopt domestic linear guide rail (* Taiwan Yintai linear guide rail can be selected), and the taper guide rail adopts gcr15a high-quality bearing steel, which has undergone multiple rigorous heat treatment processes (forging, isothermal annealing, rough machining, quenching, low-temperature tempering, rough grinding, aging treatment, fine grinding). The organizational structure is stable, and the quenching hardness is between hrc54~58, ensuring the precision and wear resistance of the guide rail.
3. The lead screw adopts domestic brand high-precision double nut ball screw (upload or northern Qishan), which has the characteristics of low friction, high precision, stable movement, strong wear resistance, good accuracy retention and long service life.
4. The wire storage cylinder adopts seamless alloy steel pipe and 40Cr quenched and tempered spindle, with dynamic balance detection (unbalanced torque ≤ 0.5g.cm), hard chromium plating on the surface, double-sided double bearing assembly, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and minimal runout (≤ 0.01mm). |
